How To Order From kajoinhk:

1- Shopping
Browse and search on our online store which show all the product description, sample price and different level discount price. Select your wanted product items, and if you wish to one or some product item, type a number in the quantity box which show on the product page, and then click "Add to cart". You can also add just one piece to the cart firstly if you want. On the next "Shopping Cart" page, you can adjust the quantities or delete the selected product items if you change your mind.

2- Shopping Cart
Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you look at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
In your shopping cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items to get a new sub-total. Wait a couple of seconds, the quantity will update and the prices will automatically updated.
On this "Shopping Cart" page, you can also see the "Estimate Shipping Costs" below which show the total order products price and shipping cost which for different delivery way, for your reference.

Above steps, anyone can browse on our online store site and try to add our products to the cart freely, no need register or login. If you decided to buy, you can click to following two buttons to continue your purchasing process:
- "Checkout with Paypal": This payment method is PayPal Express, you may purchase products without sign up here. And a cheapest shipping way rate will be automatically selected by Paypal Express.
- "Proceed to Checkout": This payment method is Standard Checkout, you may choose PayPal, Western Union and T/T as payment by click it and shipping methods such as Free Shipping, HK-Airmail(only suitable for order<2kg), Standard Way or Expedited Way Shipping Method are available.

3- Checkout with Paypal Express / Register & Login
- If you select "Checkout with Paypal" button, you will go to Paypal payment page directly which no need register or login on www.kajoinhk.com. Then make the payment and finish your order purchase.
- If you select "Proceed to Checkout" button, then you should Register & Login on our online store site to go to the Checkout process.
Anyone can register on kajoinhk freely. Then Login to the kajoinhk online shopping system and start placing order right away. (Cookies must be enabled in your browser) http://www.kajoinhk.com/index.php?main_page=login.
After login, you can go back to your shopping cart again to double checked your Shopping Cart content, after confirm the shipping cart content, Then Click "Proceed to Checkout" to next page to edit your shipping address if you are new customer. For old customer, it will go to Check Out page directly.

4- Shipping Address
"Shipping to this address" page which enables you to view and change the delivery address.
If you are sending the goods to the exist shipping address, just click the "ship to this address" button.
If you are sending the goods to a different address, for example, to your drop-ship customers directly, you can "change" and "enter a new shipping address", then click the "ship to this address" button to go the next "Checkout" page.

5- Checkout -  Shipping Method and Payment Method
On the "Checkout" page, you can change the shipping address again.
On this page, you should select the Shipping Method(Standard Way / Expedited Way) and the Payment Method(PAYPAL / Bank Wire Transfer / WesterUnion)what you want to use.
And, you can double check the Shopping Cart Contents and Grand Total price. If you change your mind and want to adjust the shopping cart content, you can go back to shipping cart page to adjust, then re-select the shipping method and payment method. If confirm the order, click the "Place Your Order" button to compelete the purchase.

6- Confirm and Pay
If you select Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer to make the payment, you will go to order success page.
If you select to pay by credit card or Paypal, you will now be able to complete the payment on the secure Paypal site.

7- Your Order Received!
After you complete your order you'll get a confirmation message and an email receipt from kajoinhk.com (and from Paypal if you paid this way.)
We will begin processing your order when payment is received.
You will receive a further email notifying you when your goods have been dispatched, including a tracking number.

Notes:
- If you're not sure how to use the online shop, please feel free to contact our kajoinhk Staff for help.

- You will see the total price including shipping costs in a summary page before you confirm your order. You can cancel or make changes at any time during the checkout steps.

- If you log out or exit your browser, the contents of your cart will be saved for next time you log in. If you want to save the contents of a cart permanently, but not pay right away, simply follow the checkout process all the way through, but don't send money! The orders are saved in "My Account" for you to view later and there is no need to ask us to cancel them. If we don't receive payment we wouldn't process orders.
